Terms & Conditions

Please review our Terms and Conditions carefully. By choosing to work with us and sell your diabetic testing supplies and/or products (these terms are used interchangeably below), you are acknowledging, agreeing to, and stating you understand, all the terms and conditions specified below. If you have any questions feel free to ask one of our customer service representatives prior to choosing to sell your products to us!

You are stating you are at least 18 years of age.

You are stating that you are legally in possession of the products you want to sell to us, and also have the legal right to sell the products you are in possession of.

 

**Some people want to know if it's legal to sell your diabetic supplies...OF COURSE IT IS! We wouldn't purchase products that were illegal to buy and then advertise about it on the internet! As long as the products are legally in your possession (meaning you didn't steal them!) and you have the right to sell them (either by your own decision or with permission of someone else who owns them) then you legally have the  right to sell them to us!

You are stating that if you are selling products owned by someone else, such as a family member, you have their full and complete permission to sell the products on their behalf. You also understand that if we feel you are selling products that belong to someone else and have not received their permission, we have the right to speak with that person and request them to verify their identity prior to the purchase taking place.

You are stating that in selling us your products it will not cause our company to violate any law as it pertains to the purchase of the products under your control.

 

**Basically, we need to make sure we're not receiving stolen property!

You are stating that you have not intentionally procured supplies/products from your insurance company with the sole plan being to re-sell them to us.

You understand that we cannot purchase supplies which were obtained through government assistance programs, such as Medicare or Medicaid.

**This is not because it would be illegal for us to purchase them, but because we do not have the ability to redistribute them back out to the general market.

If we are purchasing products which have manufacturer specifications as they pertain to storage requirements, such as, but not limited to, temperature controlled storage requirements, you are stating that you have followed those requirements and hold our organization legally harmless in the event you did not store the items appropriately and they cause a future user a health issue.

All supplies must be unopened and be sealed in their original packaging. If supplies are opened, or opened and then re-glued/re-sealed, we are unable to purchase them, or pay for them in the event that fact is determined after we have received them in the mail. In this instance, we will not return products to you.

If you send in products by mail and after we receive them we determine the products are fraudulent, have been tampered with, have been misrepresented in some way as to the package(s) contents, etc., we reserve the right to decline to pay you for what you have sent due to fraudulent misrepresentation. This includes, but is not limited to, if you have sent diabetic test strips with different expiration dates than what we originally agreed to purchase. In this instance, we will not return products to you.

If you send in products by mail and after we receive them we determine the products are not in the same condition which you represented them to be in, and/or are not in the same condition as they appeared in pictures and/or video which you provided to us, we reserve the right to modify the price that we originally agreed to, as damage to the packaging or sending in different supplies than what was agreed to, can change the price of what we can pay. In this instance, we will not return products to you regardless of whether you agree to the modified price, and will pay you the modified price that we can pay reflective of the current condition of the supplies..

If you send in products by mail, you are acknowledging that shipping times can vary based on numerous factors outside of our control, and that the time it takes for us to log your products into our inventory system can vary, as well. Due to this, we cannot guarantee a specific time frame for you to receive your payment. Please remember, however, that we strive to get products entered into our inventory system as quickly as possible, so that you can get PAID as quickly as possible!

If you send in products by mail you agree that once they are in our possession you forfeit your rights to the products and no longer have any legal claim on them. This DOES NOT mean that we will not pay you for the products, assuming they match the same description as what we agreed to purchase from you!

If you choose to sell your products to us, and we choose to receive them via mail carrier, you understand that you will be paid for your products after we have verified they are unused, unopened, and in the same apparent condition as when we reviewed pictures of them when we first started coordinating the purchase with you.

You understand that we are not responsible for packages/products prior to us taking possession of them, in the event they are damaged in transit, or lost after you have shipped them. In a situation like this, you would need to coordinate with the shipping company you used to mail the products. If you are especially concerned, we would strongly encourage you to purchase shipping insurance to protect your products while they are in transit!

** Please be aware that we can only pay for packages that reach our facility and are logged in to our inventor system. In the event a package is lost in transit and never makes it to our facility we would be unable to pay you. HOWEVER, if a package does make it to our facility and is logged in and is then misplaced (this has NEVER happened!) we would STILL pay you, because in that situation that would have been OUR mistake!

Removing labels or stickers on products can cause damage to the packaging which can decrease the price that we can pay. If there are labels or stickers on your products PLEASE LEAVE THEM ON! Stickers or labels will be removed in a special process by trained personnel prior to the products being redistributed to other diabetic clients.

If you choose to send us your diabetic supplies with any markings or labeling on the boxes, which may contain any personal information (such as but not limited to name, date of birth, social security number, address, doctor’s office address, etc.) that indicates to us that you are accepting of the fact that we will be in possession of this information, as well as our business partners whom we work.

We reserve the right to refuse to purchase or sell any diabetic supplies if we feel it is not in the company’s best interest to do so.

We reserve the right to choose the best method of receiving your supplies, whether it be via mail, in-person pick-up, or in-person drop-off, or any other means. If we choose a method you do not agree with please let us know and we will see if an alternate method is available!

Due to some inconsistencies, unreliability, and/or inconvenience caused by some electronic fund transfer services, we reserve the right to choose the method of payment for your supplies. Forms of payment can include, but are not limited to: Zelle, Bank-Issued Check, Electronic Check (a.k.a. E-Check), ACH Transfer, Internal Bank Transfer, Amazon Electronic Gift Card, GooglePay, PayPal, CashApp, etc. We will do our best, however, to accommodate your preferred method!

Depending on the method of payment chosen, some fees are applied by the servicing company which processes the payment. For example, a company such as PayPal applies fees to certain transactions based on a percentage of the amount of the transaction, and/or PayPal may assesses a flat fee on the transaction, as well. As a default, we typically select payment methods that provide you the FULL PAYMENT AMOUNT that we have agreed to with you; these are usually accomplished via Zelle, ACH transfer, Electronic Check, Paper Check, Internal Bank Transfer, etc. In the event you choose a payment company that assesses fees, and we are able to facilitate payment through that company, please understand that your payment will be REDUCED by the potential fee amount! (For example, if a 2.9% payment fee is assessed by PayPal, and we agree to pay you $100 for your products, PayPal will reduce the total payment by 2.9%, leaving you with a total payment of $97.10 ($100 minus the $2.90 calculated amount based on the 2.9 percentage fee). If you have any questions about which payment services charge fees and/or how the fees are applied, please ask your assigned customer service representative.

In the event it is identified that products you have provided to us were determined by law enforcement officials to have been stolen, you will not be paid for these products, even if we have already received them at our facility. WE DO NOT PURCHASE STOLEN PROPERTY!

WE DO NOT PURCHASE INTERNATIONAL DIABETIC TESTING SUPPLIES - ALL SUPPLIES WE PURCHASE MUCH HAVE A NATIONAL DRUG CODE (NDC) ON THEM! If you are unsure of what you have, please discuss with your assigned  customer service representative.

We make no representations that the prices we are able to pay for products/supplies are comparable to fair market value.

You agree that should you choose to work with us, that we are liable to you only for the final purchase price that our company has determined we will pay for your products following our final in-person review of the products (whether that be via an in-person meeting with you or after receiving the products by mail at our facility). Additionally, in a rare instance of disagreement over the purchase price or any part of our process, you waive your right to participate in a trial by jury (whether acting in your own capacity or in a class or representative proceeding) and agree to arbitration, with each side paying their own legal fees.

Prior to shipping us your supplies, and/or selling them to us in person, you state that you understand and acknowledge our entire purchase and payment process as we have outlined in this website and/or verbally to you, and you subsequently have no questions about this process prior to moving forward and agreeing to sell us your supplies.

You understand that the terms and conditions specific above, as well as our other policies, and prices we can pay, can change at any time without notice. You further understand that it is your responsibility to re-familiarize yourself with all of our policies, procedures, and prices, that may pertain to any sale of your supplies to us, prior to each individual sale.
